307 HDi ignition faults!

Well recently by 307 decided it wouldn't turn over and it turned out that the starter motor was fried, so this ended up getting changed under warranty with no cost to myself. Thankfully!

However I do notice that the loud whine with acceleration is now back in the car and is getting louder by the day.
I have had a read of two sites firstly that are now indicating that the ignition is not disengaging the starter motor and that I am pretty much revving the engine with the motor attached and that it wont be long before I fry this motor out.
I'm going to try bring this back to the dealer again with the hope that they understand what I may think the whine is again.
Has anyone else experienced this issue at all before on any of their cars before?
