Part Time Computer Programming

I'm looking to do a part-time course in computer programming (with an interest in games programming). I'm not looking for a career in computers but I do want a good education, something interesting & well run and hopefully leaving me with a bit of know-how by the end of it.

    I'm looking at this course:

but I don't know if it's any good?

Or does anyone have any other suggestions?
