    Hi all.

I,like many others find myself unemployed and have been since christmas. The longer it goes on,the harder it will be to get something but Im at a loss as to what to look for.

I have an honours degree in HRM and recently completed a cert in personnel practice for membership of the CIPD.I worked for almost 2 years in recruitment and for about 8 years (between full time and part time-summers etc) in a builders providers.

The kind of feedback Im getting from applications is that Im either under or over qualified(surprise surprise) for everything Ive applied for.Ive had a bit of interest from a couple of agencies for another recruitment job but the way Im looking at it is that industry is dead so its pointless taking a job for a few months and being told after that its not working out as the likelyhood of making target would be ridiculously low.I think having a job on your CV that you only lasted 3 months in would look worse than not working at all(unless it was a fixed term contract)

Anyway,I was just wondering if anyone here could make some suggestions as to what to look for.Im open to any job and can re-locate anywhere at fairly short notice.I would even consider an internship at this stage just to gain some kind of tangible experience.

    Thanks in advance.
