never worry about it lad i only really started skating at 23 and a half :P so im not far behind you all i would say is start by skating to places instead of walking, go as fast as you can without speed wobbles and take it from there best way to progress

Yeah the lads in G! are great.
Walking from the river its on the left, up a small corridor beside burger king(or is it maccers?) The sign is just over the door, where the guy sells news papers and all that.

For a first time, getting a nice board, somewhere between €150-€180 i'd say. If you are serious about starting like.

There's a nice set up on adverts going for 70, i'd deffo give that a look.

    It all looks good.
It also comes with ricta wheeles. Probably the best wheeles ever made, haven't seen them in Ireland for years.
I'd say bypass the shops and get that to start out tbh.

With wheeles it's how thick they are, and decks, how wide they are.
Depends on your shoe size, what size deck you should be buying.

wel im size 9/10 in shoe so what lenght would i get and whats the standard wheels?

    Then i'd go for a 7.5", 7.75" or an 8".

Wheels, it all depends on what you're doing.
54mms for rough ground 52mm for smoother ground.

I never used risers, the wobbles go away with practice, the hard bushings are fine you can just loosen the kingpin bolt if you need a bit of give.

advice number 1 is to always ollie kerbs, dont get off or manual up them. itl keep you practicing all the time and pay dividends longterm compared to the falling off hassle for a few weeks
