    I'm selling a house and looking for the best deal that I can get from an estate agent, does anyone have a link to a site that has estate agents costs and commission charges? Thanks

    If you have a realistic valuation on it and are willing to accept offers in that ball park then why not cut out the middle man and sell it yourself ?

    AFAIK you have to go through an EA to be put on myhome.ie
