hi guys i am new here today and i hope you can help me. 8/9 years ago i bought a bike of a lad i knew because he was leaving for america. he had a few for sale and had lost the logbooks when packing to move. he thinks it was reregistered to r.o.i., but wasnt sure. i garaged it for years and lost the plate somewhere along the line. where and how do i go about tracking down the book, north or south. it was never reregistered to me as he never returned from the states, and i now want to restore the bike and use it for myself. i am 100% certain that it is NOT stolen. please help. any advice would be welcome:) by the way the only info i have on the bike is the frame number, i guess its the same thing as the chassis number on a car
