Would the thai masseuse(s) in town know sports massage? I like the idea of going to them as they're unlikely to start talking to you about the price of eggs etc. It would be nice to have silence during the massage.
Can anyone recommend anyone somewhere for a sports massage in Waterford?

It would depend on what your looking for from your massage, I'd go for a normal sports massage before a thai massage for specific sports related issues. Thai massage (propper ) usually involves pressure points along the legs and not usually specific muscle massage. I find it great for general health but for sports issues i'd go to go with the run of the mill sports massage.
