    Hiya guys,
We have been in the states for over 90 days with my husbands company and we were wondering if we can claim back any tax for the time we have been away. I found a document in ROS that detailed a scheme but it ended in 03.
    Thanks in advance

You can claim expenses back or write them off against tax (not both), but otherwise its mostly down to doing a tax return. I imagine they are unlikely to accept a request for a refund mid-year without a particular reason, e.g. giving up work on retirement, going to college, moving abroad, etc.
