TMF - Access denied

    Anyone experiencing this on UPC? I'm on the max package so theres no reason for it too be blocked. Its only happening on the newer upc box as my old pace box is still working fine.
    Edit: tried plugging it out for 30 seconds, still not working.

    Have you gave them a call yet?

    I'm on the max package, got the mediabox. Gave them a call about it yesterday and got fobbed off with "we'll send a signal boost down the line, ring back in 30 minutes if it hasn't fixed itself." A hour later still the same story so i rang up again and got on a a very polite girl, wasn't able to fix the problem but said she was forwarding it on to some other department, that they will get back to me within 48 hours. Still awaiting the callback. I guess we're lucky it's only TMF and not all them!
