Does anyone know a supplier or manufacturer that does these? in ireland or abroad. what exactly are you trying to do with it? would a bicycle dynamo be suitable?

You can get low-torque motors that can be used as generators, no idea what the power output is though. I'd check out Peats of Parnell St. or Maplin to see if they've anything to suit.
