Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just finished a week of work experience at Brú na Bóinne, shadowing the guides there.
The OPW, who run most of the sites like Brú, Dublin Castle, Kilmainham jail, the Casino in Marino etc. put out a notice for applications in the papers in October/November.
Interviews usually take place in February. This year, they're only going on about now, but i'm pretty sure you've missed out on this year. Not sure about other, non-OPW places.
Regarding experience, they don't require any specific guiding experience, or area of study, and as far as I know it's often students like yourself who go for the jobs, so you're perfectly qualified!
