    hi all,

we got sky+ installed in dec, had a multiroom removed etc and in the midst of it all ive discovered, only after checking the online bill mind, that we are being charged a sky+ subscription, even tho we have a full sky tv package.

    has anyone got any advice?

we had 1 main sub, and 2 multi rooms, now we have 1 multiroom and the min sub is sky+. but on the online bill it has

    "sky + subscription"
    "multiroom subscription"

i knew it should be free but with all the changes couldnt work out what exactly i was paying.

will ring them tomorrow, wish me good luck for A)getting through and B)actually getting sense from the person on the other end

Looking at my bill on MySky it says the following:
    11/05/2009 - 10/06/2009 Sky+ Subscription €0.00
    11/05/2009 - 10/06/2009 1 Pack €20.50
    				Subtotal €20.50

Are you looking at your bill on MySky on sky.com or from somewhere else?

    02/06/2009 - 01/07/2009 Extra Subscription €14.75
    02/06/2009 - Extra Subscription #5 off for 6 Months €3.20 CR
02/06/2009 - 01/07/2009 Sky Movie World with Family Pack €57.00
    02/06/2009 - 01/07/2009 Sky+ Subscription €0.00

yep seems like ive worked out the confusion, i thought they were giving us money off a sky+ sub, but its actually off the extra room sub...my bad!

thanks for the replies as always tho.

off topic, i was looking aroung the sky website and see they are packaging channels differently, has anyone any suggestions on what way to go? possibly lowering my sub a bit! i want to add the sports for the summer and keep the movies, kids and docu's,but everything else can go!

Funnily enough I have been charged for a Sky + subscription even though I cancelled my account months ago. €14.75 a month the cheeky bastards.
