    Hi

I just bought this Blu Ray player, it was working fine, I watched about 30mins of the Dark Knight. Then stupidly I tried changing it from 1080i to 1080p and obviously that wouldn't work cause I only have a HD ready tv. Now there is just a black screen and a message that says "out of range". I've pressed everything on the remote and tried unplugging it and disconnecting the hdmi cable and it still won't work.

Any ideas how to fix this?
    I have a 32" Sony Bravia kdl u4000
    Thanks

plug the blu ray up to the tv with a different cable (3 rca to scart - qont be great quality but it'll allow you to see what you're doing) then you can get into the menu and change the output back to 1080i.

OR, hold down the stop button on the front of the player fro 10 seconds. this will reset the display to 480i which will give you a picture. you can then go into the menu and set it back up to 1080i
