broadband wireless between two houses

    hi there...we're havin trouble with broadband providers in our area..the house next door has it and are willing to let us use theirs...now i want to do it wireless if i can rather than with cat6 as it could get messy..i hear their are antenna's or something to put on each house houses are approx 20 30 meters apart...can anyone shed any lght on this any help would be great.so the 2 big questions would be
    1 what do i need to get it up and running?
    2 approx cost?
