    Hey,

As the title suggests, I'm looking for a drink, preferably cider, that has a high alcohol content.

Also please only name drinks that can be easily purchased in off-licenses, nothing rare please!

The drink I have in mind is Druids Cider, 6%. If you can please post some cider/beers that are stronger than that, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Jordan.

Not that common, any way the op appears to want alcohol content over quality since they are referencing Druids

It's 7.9% and it's actually not that bad, should be widely available too.

If the op is anywhere near the north he could try the cider that takes the alcohol+price vs taste trend to the extreme, the dreaded "white lightning" and its imitator "white strike" as well as the N.Irish produced "Laser" (which doesn't seem to be about anymore).all around 7.6% alcohol, 3 litres, 2:50 to 3 sterling.

I think you should be able to find Westons cider in tesco offlicences in the republic, some them are pretty tasty and strong

Better off shopping in Woodies or B&Q than an offlicence so.

Ah, White Lighting, the memories. I had some in Camden a few years ago, it had a distinct meaty aftertaste.
