Has anyone dealt with them before? They have some good prices on tv's, thinking about buying a new one from them.

The single worst company i've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Do a search on the Laptops forum for laptopsDirect, there's a pretty bug thread which should make interesting reading. Great prices, but zero customer support is the consensus. As you've probably guessed i had trouble with a laptop that was immensely difficult and drawn out to rectify.

Right, I'll stick with pixmania then!

Agree with Alan, they are an awful company, should really be avoided at all costs.

Had a nasty experience with them regarding a laptop i bought from them last year.
