    Ok lets see:

Blue car is in contravention of the yellow box.
White van and grey car in the foreground on the left are fully parked on a foothpath.
Red car and first bus are obstructing a cycle lane.
Car overtaking the bus has crossed a solid white line.

Great shot, just shows the standards on our city streets on an average day. I know this street so keep in mind there is a set of pedestrian lights at the bottom of the pic.

Grey car bottom left: 1-2 Offences. Dangerous parking as it is likely to cause a danger to other persons using the place. Possibly careless driving/driving without reasonable consideration, but we didn't see him doing that so I won't go there.

Red car middle left: 2-5 Offences. Dunno what the cycle lane hours are so don't know if it is a failure to remove the car from a cycle lane. Lets say it is tho:D. Also it is parked opposite a white line, also within 5 metres on a pedestrian crossing/traffic lights and on a footpath. Also it is arguably within 5 metres of a junction. Due to all these I would slap a Dangerous parking summons as well!

White van middle left: 2-4. Parking on footpath, opposite white line, within 5 metres of a junction and lights. Throw in the dangerous parking again.

Black car middle: 3. Crossing a continuous white line, failure to indicate and throw in driving without driving without reasonable consideration.

Black car top right: 4. Parking in a bus lane, opposite a white line, at a bus stop and within 15 metres of an approach to a set of lights.

Blue car middle: 2. Entering a yellow box when it cannot be cleared. Careless/driving without reasonable consideration.

Cyclist top right: 1. Cycling on a footpath!!!

All together a good Garda could knock out about 18 summons.

    What am I missing.

Bus in distance occupying two lanes. Sandwich board on footpath is illegally place (street furniture needs a licence, sandwich boards won't get a licence).

    I'll go through it again.

That would be a planning violation. ;)

Looks like the blue car is actually taking a right hand turn folks, no offence there other than doing it in an arse about face way.

Surprised nobody spotted the car snugged up tight to the wall on the path to the right of the 83 bus...

The bus in the distance might be overtaking, seems to be a bike to the left of it, so might be ok...

It's stopping at a Bus Stop, the cycle lane will not cover the bus stop.

    Just found this thread.

Excellent pic and excellent question. Well done.

That photo could be used in so many settings to give a lot of people in this country a badly-needed education.

As a collage illustrating the unchecked free-for-all that is Irish traffic, you couldn't hope to even begin to stage it or cook it up in Photoshop.

    More please.

By the way, if it's your pic, why did you hide the number plates to protect the guilty?
