Hi if a person is a sole trader in a small business and has run into payment difficulties with some suppliers what happens when they file summons to you but genuinely have nothing to give them. Wholesaler 10 k. filed a legal summons to court . alarm supplier 647 euro filed with there solicitor esb 800 in arrears filed with there solictor.

All looking for immediate payment or court will proceed. The wholesaler has no problem selling to me gor cash or laser still putting 2/3 grand per month through them this way. But just cant seem to find enough available cash to clear the debt.

will i end up them taking my house ??

see a solicitor or accountant about a proposal to your creditors.

For a start if you are doing substantial business still with your wholesaler they might agree to pay off the debt in instalments.
