    Hi,

Can someone tell me if the Inov-8 have a loose or tight fit?....I usually get a UK10 (EU45) with Asics but I have never tried the Inov-8 and have my eye on a good online bargain.......

    :)

Hi Noangel72 - I have found that Inov-8 to be quite a tight, or rather snug fit; but maybe that's just me; otherwise, I think they are a great trail/mountain/off road runner and I wouldn't run in anything else! Best of luck with your decision!:)

I was going to have a look at some trail shoes myself. Other people on here have mentioned Inov-8 aswell, do any shops in Dublin sell them to give them a try? The great outdoors do Salomon do they do Inov-8 aswell?

they're a snug fit, as chatoon said (edit: when i say snug i meant side-to-side and widthwise, cant actually remember how the sizing compares to my Asics ! I'd never buy a new type of shoe online)

their website is pretty good, it should help you narrow down your choice of runner from their wide range depending on what you want to use them for

i have roclite 315's (the blue/green ones) and find them great, not much cushioning but stable and grippy

dunno what the range in that shop in bray is like, maybe give them a call ? there may be a stockist list on the inov8 website too ...

Didn't see much on display last time I was there but they usually have a good stock behind the counter if you ask.

.....I guess I will have to go and try them in a shop first.....I am pretty decided on them, I have started doing a bit of adventure racing this year and most people have Inov.....had a look at Salomon but the sole doesn't look as grippy as the Inov......last race it was so muddy that I might as well have skidded all the way down on my bum........
