PROBLEMS WITH DK NANO EXACT V.2!

    I bought a nano exact v.2 off digitalkingz.com the videos make it look good but when you buy it it is terrible....
    i was wondering if anyone else who has this player has the same problems as the ones i am about to list...

    1)it is very slow. takes a while to load muisc.
    2) it wont let me scroll through all of my music. its goes all the way to J then starts again at A.

    one more thing. is the v.1 better than v.2?
