Supernatural - Hard to pick umm.. "When the Levee Breaks" (4x21) then.

Chuck - 2x22 - Chuck vs. the Ring (showcasing everything good about the show, even fitting in Jeffster!)

Pushing Daisies - 2x10 ("The Norwegians") - A perfect example of why the show should never have been cancelled.

Personally I think a lot of examples here have shot memory spans. Any Lost forum seems to agree that Lost - The Constant was the watermark of the show. Anyways:
