I am in a long term relationship and just turned 19. I went for a scan today and found out to my horror there are twins on the way! Am in complete shock.

Not sure where to go from here and if I can cope.

Is your boyfriend supportive? Are your parents involved in your life, that you can get help from? You need as much supposrt as you can get, but you will get through this pet.

    Check out the website above

    Best of Luck xx

    First off, congratulations!

I was doing research for a friend who just became a parent, and found this website really helpful. Check out the publications - there's one called the 'Young Parent Survival Guide' that's excellent, dealing with topics from pregnancy through to parenting tips!

Also, this is their page of Links, which I think may be of some use to you!

    Best of luck :)
