all the channels saved on my add channels function disapear and i have to re-tune each and every time. Does anybody else have this problem? and or have a solution/reason

not after pressing the red button but ive had to do it twice in a week on my + box

I had that exact problem when I upgraded to Sky+ a few months ago. The sky fella called out and swapped the box. He genuinely hadn't seen that problem before and I posted the same query up here at the time and no-one had heard of it.

weird if it happens again ill ring them, although was on hold for 45 mins today to them then the next time i tried to call they were "too busy to take my call"

god i wish there was an alternative to sky...

My old Grundig box will not store "Other channels" They keep dissapearing.

It happens to me on my Pace Standard Receiver, very frustrating...
