Is Sky HD down for anyone else?

Well Sky in general, Just getting asked to subscribe to all the channels. Also cant get through to sky on the phone, all I get is a voice message saying their busy and then kicked off the line.

have you tried unplugging for 3 mins and starting again?

yeah, well not 3min, just 1, with the card out. Then restarted the box and inserted the card when asked.

Just out of curiosity, do you have the new sky card? I've not gotten mine yet.. and I only have the thing a month....

What about the free channels like Sky News/BBc etc? If they are working try taking out your card and putting it back in

Sorry didn't see this post.
A new card should not affect you as you get a pop up asking to insert a new card and it doesn't drop your current channels.
Don't know what the problem is so!

Yeah free to air channels work ok, but nothing else.

Sounds like you've been switched off.
Maybe there was a problem with your direct debit??

would they just switch you off mid way through the second month of your subscription? With out a call or anything?


Cant ring them though, as the number is just busy, get a voice message saying that they are busy at the moment and to ring back later, then it hangs up.

Yip, No mercy!!
They take 2 months payments in your first month, this catches a lot of people out.
