Starting problem with BMW 320D

Hi, My battery went flat as I forgot to switch off the lights. I tried to jump start it but that didn't work. Every time I switch iginition I get 2-3 sparts and then dead afterwords. One thing I noticed that headlights goes on with Ignition. Any idea how can I switch it off ? All button are switched off. Sorry for asking…

Hi,
