    Is unbearably slow for me, it's taking about 5 minutes to get going, said something about a static firewall? Any ideas?

    Try to connect your Xbox directly to the modem. If you cancel the matchmaking process in GOW2 and start it again, does it help?

    It says my nat type needs to be open, bear in mind I bridged the connection so it looks like this:

    router -> Laptop -> Xbox
