HTPC lazymans setup and installation

    Howdy,
    I'd love to have the time to play around and set up my own HTPC but trying to hold onto my job so my spare time is limited!

    I know pretty much what I want but can anyone recommend a person or business that would do the setup and install for me?

    This is my wish list:

    I'm looking for Windows Media Centre
    Remote Control (ihear Logitech is the best)
    Internet Radio (I hear Last.fm is the best)
    USB ports (for peripherals)
    Plenty of storage (i have a USB 1tb)
    Play all formats
    Ethernet
    Wi Fi
    Bluetooth
    Be able to link with Portable Media PLayer
    Record TV
    TV EPG
    All Irish Channels (RTE etc)
    Thai Channels (i presume I can just view over Net)
    To be able to use Utorrent, TVants, Skype
    Should be quiet and silent

    ANy idea of what this may cost?

    Or am I being really stupid and lazy and would I be better off doing it all myself?
