    I put in a big order with Amazon recently and in the process managed to order two copies of the above book. Rather than go to the trouble of returning it, I'm going to offer it out free of charge* to any takers here. Sort of a little thank you to the Boards community for all the tips I've picked up on this forum and others over the years.
