A couple from New Zealand apply for an overdraft of $10,000 - and get $10,000,000.

Now, a worldwide manhunt is underway to try and locate the pair, who are believed to be headed to China.

If this happened to you, would you give it back?

    Or would you?

I honestly think that I would run.
    On chance, one life.
Even if I was caught - adventure of the lifetime.

Apparantly the two kiwis hacked into the bank using a blueberry.
All in all it was a very fruitful venture.
The bank authorities are fuming but it's probably just sour grapes.

They should come to Ireland and invest in property, lord knows we'll be paying as much as we were for it being the sheep that we are.

    It is illegal.
They knew that it had to be a mistake, and that the money couldn't be theirs.

It's an overdraft, it was never their money to begin with.

eh, I'm a bit confused on this one.... hearing about it on the radio all morning etc.

How is there any dilema about taking the money. It was an overdraft allowance. So, they owe the bank the money and the interest is building.

It's not like the money was placed in their current account. It was money in the red, there's no confusion as to the rights and wrongs of not giving it back.

EDIT: FX Meister got there before me.
