Problems updating wireless network driver

Hi, I hope someone can help. I have an Iqon laptop. The above driver is causing problems. I scanned with driver detective and downloaded newer driver but i can't understand how to install driver it has no setup. Please help.

What sort of file is the driver you downloaded? exe, inf, zip, something else?

The driver is f5d7001v13xx.zip. When i extract its all .cat and .inf and .sys

Right click on My computer > Manage > Device Manager > find your network adapter > right click on it > update driver software > use creator to find folder where the new drivers are > update
