pole dancing classes??

    hi,
    im just wondering are there any pole dancing calsses in mayo?
    friedns of mine do it...and i have to say..the fitness is unreall...but alas cant find any classes ere...would any1 know anything about it...?:D

    There is Pole dancing on in the TF every Wednesday night, you have to sign up for a course of 8 classes for €120. Did 2 courses which i thoroughly enjoyed but i found as the moves progressed i couldnt keep up as my upper body strength is useless. The Teacher (Maeve) was really good too. Anyway, check them out here -
