New NFS building?

Just curious, you know the planned NFS building for 2010 that the government allocated 6 million for? Well is that still going ahead with the recession and everything? I'm just not sure what stage it's at or anything and was just wondering if it will be delayed or if its going ahead at all. Anybody know?

Last i heard, the students going into second year now wont be able to use it. That suggests 2012/2013 completion date.

That was only overheard so it could well have been false.

Dept. Of education just permitted IADT to apply for planning permission.
