you can do them free online...
take a root around this site, it lists all the free typing tutorial sites. I havent used any myself yet... take her handy

The VEC run various evening/night classes in the different secondary/technical schools. Most of the classes however dont start till around September or October. Just keep an eye on the ads in the local papers around August/Sept.
