Ingrown Toenail removal

Ok my big toe is sore the nail is actually digging into my skin, but the skin has overlapped the nail, like an idiot i actually cut the nail down but couldnt get to the bit of nail that is stuck under my skin. Were is the best place in Dublin to get this nail removed? How long would you need to recover before you can walk on your foot again and anyone know how much this procedure costs?
