    Im bored... was going through some bmx photos from about a week ago and found this.. I decided to post it here cause im pretty much in love with the colors! :p

    The toothpick one is by far the best of the lot!!
    I think if you upped the ISO to 400 you could lower the flash output to abut 1/8th or 1/16th and get more detail in the background on the longer shots maybe.

    Shooting at 1/1 power doesn't always freeze the action because the flash duration is longer than at a lower output (not that it matters in these shots). Plus, you can push the shutter speed to 1/320th of a second too if you need to. These are all things I've slowly discovered over time.
