Issues with sound on Chorus Digital TV

I used to have Chorus analogue. I upgraded to Chorus digital a year ago. I now have the ability to toggle between analogue and digital using my TV remote control. I also have a remote for the digital box.
My problem is that when I am watching Chorus digital, I can clearly hear the sound from the Chorus analogue channel coming through e.g. watching MGM Movies tonight on digital, I can clearly hear the sound of an interview on Newsnight over on the terrestrial Chorus. I am open to the idea of turning off the analogue side of things if that is possible and might work.

    Anyone any ideas please ?

why do you need both on the same tv all the analog channels are on digital.

you can pull out the cable wire from the back of your tv and that will removed the analog

Thanks for that. I was only just thinking that and I did it and it worked fine !
I feel like a bit of a dumbo for not thinking of that sooner
