I wanted Nick Cave- Into my arms but we had a good swing band so we
had Sinatra - I've got you under my skin and had done a couple of
lessons so I reckon we did a good dance :pac:

We're having Etta James, At Last for ours next year, I think it's perfect :)

We had Westlife "The way you look tonight".

There are lots of versions out there but this was our fav and the easiest to dance to.

This is driving me and hubby 2 be mad!We can't agree on it at all!

I always wanted Lonestar 'Amazed' but he hates it.

I know that 'Better' by Tom Baxter is very popular and 'Don't Wanna Miss a Thing' by Aerosmith and also Take That's 'Greatest Day'

We had that Take That song as one of the songs for the Firworks, it worked so so so well !!!

We were at a wedding with the Tom Baxter song, great song.....once its not the Boyzone version:D

Nice to have something really unique to you...what was the first concert or movie you ever went to together...maybe there is something related to that.

I'm having a really obscure song so I wont even mention it but friends of mine recently had the Golden Horde 'True friends in Time' and it was perfect!

My wifes parents song was also "the way you look tonight" so it was nice that we liked it also.

We were gonna have a special song for us but the only two songs that mean something are 'way to amarillo' and 'put your hands up for detroit' :D Not really wedding material! We'll play them at some stage during the night though!

If you google 'first dance songs' you'll find literally thousands. We spent one whole saturday listening to loads of them and still couldn't make a decision!!!

I djed at a wedding recently (after a brilliant Johnny Cash tribue band) and the
couple requested that song as the last song and it ws really nice and unique end to the night.

My husband would never dance with me when we were going out so we chose 'I won't dance' by Frank Sinatra. It was great fun and got a good laugh! Pick something that means something to you and don't worry about anyone else!:o

We spend ages trying to pick one we both liked enough, but that could be danced to and failed miserably. Then not long before the wedding we went to see Stardust and the moment it ended we agreed that we wanted the theme song for it. Our friends' shock was great since neither of us had ever liked anything Take That had done before :D
