Eyelash extensions in Bellissimo?

    Hi all,

Considering getting eyelash extensions done, I've been getting the MAC 1-day ones every now and again for ages and think I'm ready to take the plunge for the longer lasting ones.

Bellissimo in Galway do them, 35 euro. Does anyone know whether its better to just get a few individual lashes or a full strip?

Also is 35 quid around the norm? Anyone know anywhere else in Galway that does them?

I read in a previous thread that they ruin your natural eyelashes - do they really? Also, how do you take them out after the week or 10 days or whatever, do you have to get them removed in the salon a bit like gel nails?

    Thanks!

Hi! Iv had both- full strip only lasts a few days and can really hurt taking them off, individual ones are so much better, last much longer(mine stayed on a week and a half), look more natural and eventually just fall out one by one just like your natural lashes do. Provided you dont pull at them and accidently pull out your own eyelashes they dont do ant damage whatsoever. Also mine were €25 but that wasnt in a city. They are reallly nice for a special occasion. :D

    Hey,

There was an article last night (in the evening echo i think) saying that using lash extensions can make some of your natural lashes fall out and not grow back (and not from pulling out the lashes)!! that wudnt be so nice!!!
