Televes Sat Box - replacement remote?

    We have a Televes RSD 7299 sat box (free to air) and the remote gave up a few weeks ago. I have tried to tune-in a couple of different types of universal remotes, but no joy.

    - Anybody here know where I can get a new Televes remote control ?


    Also, as we have no remote at present, we have to change channels via the reciever box. However, my father went to turn on the reciever the other day and somehow managed to turn on the Radio-reciever channels?!
    I have tried pressing various combinations of the 3 x reciever buttons but I cannot get it to turn back to the TV channels???

    Help please! ...as we now only have 4 channels (via the standard roof aerial) ?!:(

    Hi

    Find a local electrical shop that does MadeForYou remote controls. These can be programmed via a PC to control a multitude of electronic devices, including menus. I'd expect some shops would program it for you (without the need of having to buy the USB dongle).
    The remote alone should be no more than 20eur.

    And looking at the software, yes, your model is supported.
