Hi Murray

It depends on your circumstances, if you are currently a student you should keep an eye out for various student journals-I know Oxford and Trinity have ones. If you aren't it might be idea to keep your eyes on the University websites to see if any conferences and calls for submissions are coming up. Hopefully thats of some help
