problem with auto standby on Sky digibox

i have a pace digibox and lately its been shutting itself off while i'm in the middle of watching something. I've turned auto standby off and this seems to have fixed it, just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Rgs Lisa

Yup, have seen this message appear in the middle of watching a film or a match - even in pubs!

Whatever about the "green" pros and cons of it going into standby when it's not being used, Sky need to sort this out so that the box knows when it's being used.

Of course, they'll argue that they've done their bit in setting it to power off. But a power off in the middle of something you're watching is pointless, and will result in 99% of people doing what you've done - disabling that new "feature".
