Does anybody know of somebody who would shotblast and repaint wheels for a reasonable price here in Dublin or near Dublin?

Somebody who would do a good job?

There is a fella out in Howth Pier who blasts and paints wheels (one colour only), got mine done in silver and painted the inner black bit myself. Make sure you haggle!!!

I think I used them before about three years ago. The results were okay at the time but have not lasted. The wheels are rusty again, and I remember they were quite expensive, although I didn't haggle.

Can you tell me if what the results were like and how the work has lasted?

Guy on a different message board is using Nu-Luk Alloys in Carrickfergus to refurb his toplines.

I've used Nu Luk myself and the results were very good. A bit on the pricey side though.

This is probably a stupid question but can the wheels stay on the car as I don't have other wheels/tyres?

No, the wheels will have to come off. The tyres are taken off too and the wheels blasted to go back to bare metal inside and out. Some places will allow you to leave your car and they'll put it up on axle stands whilst the work is done.

They're not actually alloys. I wonder if they'll do steel wheels
