Hey has anyone ever collected tickets from the Falcon holidays desk in Cork airport? I booked a holiday last Friday and there was not enough time to post them out.

Just wondering if it is easy to find and easy to be processed there, and it says there is a small fee involved in collecting them too just wondering how much that would be.

    thanks a million

Hey I'm in the same situation now so seeing as your post was a while back I guess you've gone through the process! :) So could you answer your own original question for me please?

    Thanks

ha ya no bother. Its actually a fairly easy process.

When you go in the departures gate you will see the desk down the left hand side, on the furthest left of the whole terminal, you will see the names of all those package holiday companies on this desk.

When we arived no staff were there yet but people had started q'ing already, so we joined them and they have a list of everybodys names and they simply hand you tickets and hotel and bus voucher. In fairness they pretty much take care of everyhing for you.

Then all you have to do is q again to check into the flight. It might be an idea to have some person q for the flights while someone q's for the tickets if you want to be really efficient :)

    hope that helps
