Have you alot of programs running on startup ?

To be honest I don't think it's that big, firefox alone could use up 150,000kb of memory. You have 3GB of memory and that should be plenty for the programs you using on your screen grab

You could go to Start--> Run --> msconfig, then tab "Start up" programs then untick the programs you don't need on start.

3.5 GB of page is being used. That is huge.

Give us a shot of ticking 'show processes from all users' there.

Also, what caused the huge decrease of you PF usage on the graph in the second image?

the usage goes up when World of Warcraft is played (as expected) But it seems that the game takes up more and more memory until it is unusable.

After then when the game is ended using task manager the page file usage is up towards 3GB but there is no sign of what is soaking all this memory up.

I ended a process called jqs.exe that caused the drop in the picture.
