hey guys, my sister is gettin one of those, explorer.exe application errors, anytime she right clicks on any file or folder it says "the instruction at 0x040d8753 cannot be read" etc. but i can find anything for this "0x040d8753" she sent me a screen shot so i know it's right anyone ever heard of it?? thx kc

I haven't seen that exact one no.
Could she try doing a system restore?
If she can click Start then Run and type

C:\windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

Then follow the wizard to restore the computer back to a previous state.
Hopefully that will work for her.
