I came home from work last night feeling a tad Sh!tty, flu like symptoms. I was up a 06.30 this moring as I have a meeting with my senoir first thing. However, I'm feeling worse and after discovering that my co-worker will be making the meeting I opted to avoid the 80k communte on my motor bike feeling like this.

Generally my days off mean a really good long run or heavy training session. I have taken some meds and plan to head back to bed soon. My question is what do you do on you days like this when you can't train and feel up to doing little outside of bed. I will end up with cabin fever by the end of the day!!!!!!!!

Touch wood haven't been laid up in bed since 2003 and that was just after my honeymoon. Felt dead and was able to do nought not even get out of bed.

However Odysseus if you feel up to watch an old film in TV. (B/W) There are so many we have all not seen.
TG4 is always a great bet. They will make you forget about your aches and will make you feel good at the end.
Watched High Noon last Sat? night. Ahh great stuff.

Yeah get your download on, if you start now and have decent bandwidth your should be able to get something down by the afternoon. Anything with Nicolas Cage would be a suggestion - "The Weather Man" is so depressing it can only make you feel good!

If you had kids there would only be one answer to this question - sleep
