Campervan conversion - need engineer's report

We have just bought an 1982 Volkswagon LT28D which is converted to a campervan. Dolmen insurance require a engineers report form from an SIMI garage or engineer. Anyone know who would do this report? We are in Kildare.

Any garage that has a vat number, it does not have to be a main dealer at all. Got mine done with Dolmen last year, and that was the only requirement.
