So I dropped my phone, and it's not repairable - screen and casing are cracked and I know there's previous liquid damage so I'm not gonna bother ordering parts and fixing it. Anywho... I called up meteor and asked if there was any way I could get a replacement (paid for obviously), even though my contract wouldn't expire for 7 months. The guy went away for a minute or two then came back and told me that even tho I was only on bill pay for five months, because I was a meteor customer longer (since they first started operating) he was able to sneak in an upgrade allowance. :D

Woohoo, really sound bloke, all done in five minutes so I can go in tomorrow to get me a new phone. Cheers meteor!
