    Anyone ever get the feeling someone is running behind them? Had a nice little run today but heard someone behind me most of the way, Found it fairly funny prob just an echo of my footfalls , either that or i'm cracking up.....:eek:

    Have had "ghost runners" behind me before and I'd often find myself speeding up just to make sure that nobody overtakes me.
