Sky+ costs

Im currently thinking of getting sky+ put into my room and was looking at the prices. Can anyone tell me.. Do you know if you just pay for the packages you've chosen per month or is there a fixed charge on top of that? Thanks :)

Just pay for the box and normal monthly bill for whatever channels you pick.. In fact If you have not had sky before I (or someone you know) can do a ref feral and we both get a cheque for €75

A sky + box at the moment is free of charge to new customers...offer available to the end of the month you just pay the install charge of €50 per standard install. IF its gonna cost more for the install engineer would normally tell you beforehand.

You pick the package you want starting at €20.50 a month and can upgrade or downgrade any mix on a months notice...

Packages start at €20.50 and then €2 per package afterwards - you can see what this will cost you on the sky website.

Sky+ box is free until the end of the month but you will have to pay €50 for installation

there is no additional charge for Sky+, the packages you receive cost the same as per a regular sky box.

so long as you subcribe to at least one mix, there is no additional charge

So if i choose 6 packages and the sports and movies which comes to 69.50 a month, thats all i pay every month yeah?

watch out if you do take up the introduce a friend offer and opt for multi room as well. i was caught recently when i signed up as a new customer on the basis of multi room being half price for a year.... sky insist that if i get the 75 euro cheque i do not qualify for the half price multi room. only one offer per customer which i was not told when i joined on the phone. i am arguing the case with them and threating them with misleading selling by the sky sales agent...
